RETURN & REFUND POLICY — The Rezset Apothecary

Our Commitment to You: Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right. 🌸
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened skincare or beauty products
- Opened supplements or consumables
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. Please email us immediately at yvonne65@hotmail.ca if you need to cancel.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email yvonne65@hotmail.ca within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or full refund — no return required. 💚
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
