SHIPPING POLICY — The Rezset Apothecary

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders are not processed on weekends or Canadian public holidays.

🇨🇦 Canada — 7–14 business days 🇺🇸 United States — 7–14 business days 🌎 International — 14–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Duties (International Orders): International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges will be determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at yvonne65@hotmail.ca within 14 days of your expected delivery date, and we will make it right. 🌸
